Taiwan emoji missing on my Mac mini

I cannot find the Taiwan Emoji 🇹🇼on my M2 chip Mac mini, which I bought in Hong Kong. I set the region to United Kingdom. My apple account is registered in Mainland China but that shouldn't be the problem since the emoji shows on my iPhone and MacBook where I am using the same apple account.

Hmm.... I'm not sure why that is happening.

First try Safe Mode followed by a normal Restart and re-test.

see > Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, then I would suspect that you have installed some type of third-party AV, Protecting, Blocking, Cleaning software or a VPN on that Mac mini.

EtreCheckPro is an excellent tool for spotting third-party software and other problems.

Download and run the free version of EtreCheckPro, from > https://etrecheck.com/en/index.html
