The stock color are reversed on my iPhone. When positive it is supposed to be green while negative is red. My macbook pro is showing correctly though. My apple account id region setting is US. Did I miss anything?

Ensure that the Color Filters is set to OFF.
If the above does not help then Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

It’s not the invert settings. It’s the colors are switched, where going up should be green but it’s red now.
On your iPhone, open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Display & Text Size: Here, ensure that every option is set to OFF ( Smart Invert, Classic Invert, Color Filters) except Auto Brightness.
