My iphone has been super slow and very very glitchy since updating to the latest software. I have tried everything on the support page to hard reset it and even leave it turned off for awhile. Nothing is fixing this issue.

Basic troubleshooting:
Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore as NEW.
