Im trying to control my son’s screen time. Every time I go into my settings click his name and click usage and parental controls, it freezes. The screen doesn’t even want to move up or down. Anyone know how to resolve this issue? Both phones are updated.

Only started happening for me after the most recent software update
No solution! Apple tried to tell me it was a network error, which obviously it isn’t that if others are having this same issue. They also tried to say it was a vpn issue and I’m not using a vpn. This is a system issue and Apple needs to fix this!! 😡😡😡

I was able to update my son‘s screen time settings using my MacBook, even though I was frozen out of access in screen time settings on my iPhone.
That update did not resolve this problem.

It is still happening for me too. Odd thing is. I called Apple support to complain and as soon as I was on the phone with them and did screen share it quit doing it. It is the craziest thing! Now it is doing it again. Freezes up and I can’t get into manage her screen time again. It will even freeze so bad that it locks up and then closes out that screen. This has to be a bug and I hope apple fixes it soon. It only started happening with the most recent updates! 😡 So incredibly frustrating and annoying!
It does not solve this problem. Started for me and my wife’s phone after updating. All kids phones are updated as well. Occasionally it will work correctly but most of the time it does the freeze screen thing as all these folks are describing.
Update to 18.3.1 on all devices. Problem solved.
