How can I fix low speaker volume on iPhone with iOS 18.3?

I'm not helping? There are multiple volume settings on the iPhone and they are adjusted differently. While you can use the volume buttons to do it, you cannot just press the up volume button to adjust everything. You cannot increase the volume to listen to a phone conversation unless you are in a phone call. Notifications and apps are done separately. Not everyone realizes this. Which volume are you referring to? Is this the ringer or notifications volume? Volume while in a phone call? Volume while in an app? The volume settings are content sensitive. If you are in the lock screen and use the buttons to change the volume and are not doing anything, that volume would be the ringer/notifications volume. To change the volume for a phone call, you have to be in the call to change it then. The same with an app like Music. Please explain what you are trying to fix the volume for.

Statements like this anger me. You are not helping. The volume level on both speakers are about 75% lower now. When on the phone cant hear at all. Switch to speaker phone and it is as loud as it use to be on the headset speaker. His statement is as clear as day. Sorry for sounding like a jerk, however your response is the same response everyone ask. A lot of us are having this issue and it is super annoying. The only way I can talk on the phone is with Airpods or other bluetooth headset.
