How do I stop App Store from charging for an app?

I got charge for an subscription that I used a month ago a free trial and cancelled the same day. It haven’t been seen under subscriptions for a month until yesterday when I got charge for an annual subscription. They obviously have a tech issue on their side AppStore but my dispute was rejected
