expired apple care warranty

my AppleCare warranty expired back in august and I didn't even realize and I was wondering if there was any way I could get it back

Unlikely. You get up to 45 days, according to Extend your AppleCare+ coverage - Apple Support

You can try going to mysupport.apple.com and see if it will allow you to extend coverage.
