HomePod Temperature and Humidity Sensor error when below 0 °C

I'm running one of my HomePod minis as a hub in my sailing boat. And I'm fetching the values regularly via Automations. I noticed that the temperature sensor does not report negative Celsius values. Whenever the temperature drops below zero, it is reported as +10 °C. This is clearly an error. I don't assume the hardware sensor cannot measure anything below zero, so I'm assuming it's a software bug. Maybe it's not apparent when using Fahrenheit, so please reproduce using Celsius.

Also the humidity values are affected. Whenever the temperature is below zero, humidity is always returned as "32%".

Temperature and humidity sensing is optimized for indoor, domestic settings, when ambient temperatures are around 15° C to 30° C and relative humidity is around 30% to 70%. Accuracy may decrease in some situations where audio is playing for an extended period of time at high volume levels. HomePod mini requires some time to calibrate the sensors immediately after starting up before results are displayed.
