Can I use Image Wand on my iPad 10th Generation running iOS 18.3?
can iPad 10 have tools like image wand and clean up? I downloaded iOS 18.3 and still couldn’t work

You refer to features included with Apple Intelligence. While your iPad10 is capable of update to iPadOS 18.3, the iPad10 doesn't support Apple Intelligence or any of its associated features.
For iPad, Apple Intelligence requires the device to have an M-series or A17 Pro CPU - and at least 8GB RAM. The iPad10 has an A14 Bionic CPU and only 4GB RAM.
If you would like to use the new Apple Intelligence features, you will need to replace your existing iPad with one of these models:
- iPad Pro with M1 or later
- iPad Air with M1 or later
- iPad mini (A17 Pro)
