Can't access navigation with Image Playground beyond opening screen

I updated software on my Mac today and the Image Playground app opened when I logged in. However, I can't scroll down to move beyond the opening screen to navigate the application. See photo. How do I move beyond opening screen?

Issue with switching between windowed and full-screen mode apps in macOS Monterey Hello. In macOS Monterey, when an application is open in full-screen mode and another application is open in windowed mode cmd + tab on the full-screen application does not switch to that full-screen application. Instead, in the menu bar displays full-screen application name, but the windowed application remains in focus and full-screen application is not visible. The same way it works for navigation using cmd + tab, only three finger swipe works as expected. How to scroll menu bar when icons doesnt fit In the Macbook pro M1, when the menu bar icons doesnt fit in the screen, some application icons got hidden on the left side (behind the notch) ... how can I scroll the menu bar, to get access to the hidden icons? Thanks in advance for any tip

No scroll bars on Ventura I’m fairly new to macs but this is baffling me and cannot find an answer. I’m using Ventura 13.2.1 and just cannot get the scroll bars visible using either mouse or touch pad. I’ve googled this and checked system settings/general but no option listed. Occasionally if I stretch one of the boxes to enlarge it briefly shows but once it’s disappeared no matter what it doesn’t come back any help would be appreciated 🤷‍♂️
