Visa payment fails after re-adding card

When I put my Visa card on management, it failed so I deleted that pay method and tried again but didn’t let me use the same card, please someone give my the answer why

Try deleting previous stored cards

After deleting the card, shutdown the device and reboot it, then enter then restart again.
