Tabak vs apple check

I received the email on January 29. I verified with Apple that it was legitimate. I provided my bank information at Bank of America and was told it would be in my account the next day. It’s now been a week and I still do not have the check in my account And all you can do is email them and they keep coming back with Weir looking into it and then told me again it would be in my account by today and still nothing and now they came back and stated we’re getting a lot of request. Please be patient. I have asked them to send me a hard copy check if they can’t do it this way to verify the numbers I gave them for it to be put in my account and I cannot seem to get any answers. Is anybody else having this kind of problem?
