Disable Find My Phone on device I don't have.

I traded in a phone and purchased a new phone. I got an email asking me to turn off Find My Phone. The phone is not listed in My Devices. How do I turn it off?

how to deactivate find my iphone from a phone i sent back to the phone company i sent my iPhone back to Verizon and they keep telling me to deactivate find my iPhone. The phone is no longer on my list of devices. I have the IME# if that helps.

Stolen phone and find my phone turned off I need help, someone stole mi phone but not before they saw my pin, they disabled the find my phone feature and now my device doesn´t show in icloud and i cant block it. Can i still do something to block it or find it?

If the iPhone is not in the list of devices using your Apple ID, you can't.
