Image playground not working on MacBook Pro Sequoia 15.3

The Image Playground on my MacBook Pro 16 Sequoia 15.3 opens, but none of the features work. I only see the message "Photo Library Unavailable. "Open photos to use the Image Playground, I get Image Playground. "When I open photos and then the same message.

How can I resolve this issue? Image Playground on Sequoia 15.2 has all the features but does not work. The application is supposed to work on my macOS and M1, but it has not yet.

Help me to resolve this issue.

leroydouglas,

With all due respect, the links you have sent assume I have Impage Playground working properly and it is not. That is where I need help troubleshooting. When I click on the Image Playground app all I see is what you see in the image below. I am not aware how to link this to my Photo Library that is open already, if that is what the message is trying to communicate.
