Check your App Library:

Find and use your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support

If not there, then where are you seeing the app?

Then it is in your App Library. Swipe all the way to the left and then swipe down on the screen and it will display all apps alphabetically. You should then be able to move it out of the App Library using the provided link.

If you cannot find it in the App Library:

• Post a screenshot of what you see in the App Store where it should say open.
• And post a screenshot of the App Library where it should be listed alphabetical depending on the name of the app.
