Esim Fail 15 Pro Max

🚩 Hello everyone, the warranty on my iPhone 15 Pro Max has expired, and then both of my eSIMs stopped working at the same time. At Apple, I was told that if they determine it’s a manufacturing defect, I should still get a free repair. I have conversations with support. I spent my time going to the Apple Store, Verizon, and also to Best Buy, where they sent me for diagnostics. They all said that my eSIM module is broken. I contacted Apple again, but now they say my repair will be paid ($700) because my warranty has expired, despite what they said earlier. I just wasted my time on all these diagnostics and got completely disappointed in this company. They lied to me. Now my phone is just a $1000 brick that doesn’t work after a year of use, and Apple doesn’t want to deal with me.🚩
