Apple Intelligence missing on macOS 15.3 with Personal Hotspot

Hi,

I have been update my macbook m1 lastest verison of macso 15.3 but somehow it's not show up Apple intelligence on settings but it only got Siri.

I am using Personal hotspot but not wifi. is that casuing not working or showing up Apple intelligence?

How to turn off Apple Intelligence on Mac? I'm on a brand new M4 MacBook Air running the latest macOS Sequoia 15.5. I can't turn off Apple Intelligence. When I go to Apple Menu > System Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri, there is no switch to turn it off: I have tried restarting in Safe Boot Mode, but the problem persists. [Edited by Moderator]

Apple intelligence stuck at 100% complete downloading I updated my macOS to 15.2 this morning from a developer beta version. The Apple Intelligence was working for the first 5 minutes, but then it disappeared and Siri went back to the old Siri. I found in the settings that it is downloading support for Apple Intelligence. However, after 2 hours wait, it is still stuck at 100% complete. Anyone has the same experience as this? How do you solve it?

The very top line says Apple Intelligence with a toggle to turn off or leave on. Apparently all-or-nothing choice and AI shows up when you are using an application, like mail. Below that is the Siri Requests choice.
