iTunes overcharge for Taylor Swift album

I just bought Taylor swifts tortured poets anthology album. it was posted at $14.99 and I was charged $27. I only got one version downloaded safely, but why so much more?

In the iTunes Store USA, it looks like the anthology has 31 tracks and is priced at $14.99 (see below). Is that what you bought?

I'm told I bought the anthology version and it is more expensive. So not an overcharge
