How do I put my apps in alphabetical order

You can view your apps in alphabetical order by swiping all the way to the left for the App Library, then swiping down on that screen. There is not an option to arrange the apps on the Home Screen alphabetically. The closet you can get is by resetting the Home Screen layout.

Any folders you created are removed, and apps you downloaded are arranged alphabetically after apps that came with your iPhone.

You'll have to manually do it as there currently is no setting for that. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. Now your built-in apps will return to their default positions, then with your downloaded apps alphabetically. From there you'll have to manually do some moving.

Tap Settings > scroll down and tap Apps. The apps are in alphabetical order.

If you are asking how to arrange apps on your iPhone "Home" screens......you would do this manually.
