Should or is there an app to use AI

Apple Intelligence is not an app, but rather seamlessly integrated into your entire device. But there also is the Image Playground App which you can create images with Apple Intelligence. Either way, your iPhone 13 as stated in your tagline does not support Apple Intelligence. It requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later.

The iPhone 13 doesn't support Apple Intelligence. It doesn't have the processing power to run it. Neither does my iPhone 14 Pro.
