Is this type of Mac mini m4 24GB RAM 1TB SSD enough to edit 4K footage from Sony a7SIII?
I mostly editing Multicam of 2 4k Cameras.

Should be, if the computer is your source of income then get as much RAM as you can afford. If photography is your hobby then 24GB should be fine for most people. You can buy external storage for large photos libraries and the choice of a 1TB SSD internal is a good start.

People on YouTube do it all the time.
The base model M4 mini and a 1TB external SSD will do all you need for photos and 4K editing!
This guy uses a Sony 7K and does Multicam 4K editing.
The video below could save you a ton of money.
