My iPhone 16 Pro does not have an option for add eSIM. Why is that so?

if it's an iphone purchased in the countries like hong kong where the device have 2 physcial sim support then they do not support esim at all

The phone has only 1 physical SIM slot and no add eSIM option. How can I make it accommodate an eSIM if possible?
What is the model number at: Settings - General - About - Model = ???
Model Number: MYMK3LL/A
Tap on the Model Number again and another model will appear with 5 digits starting with an "A".....something like Axxxx.
We need that number please to identify the phone version that you have.
