Safari (18.3),unable to not load website data

After update MacOs Ventura 13.7.3 (22H417) and Safari Version 18.3 (18620.2.4.111.8, 18620) I cannot control my Website Data: the privacy panel shows "Loading Website Data ..." for hours but never ends the process. I have tried clearing the cache, restarting Safari but this seems to be a Problem.

My update for 13.7.3 an Safari 18.3 is a few day old but this problem limitate my behaviour for security on Safari.

I need help if there is a workaround or the Apple guys have to solve this problem.

Try the same sequence in a different and newly-created macOS login.

If you have any add-on VPN apps, add-on security apps, add-on anti-malware apps, or add-on cleaner apps, or other similar tooling, remove all of those per the vendors’ instructions, restart macOS, and try again.

I created a new User and the problem isnt on this account

I have a citrix workspace for connecting with my job IT infrastructure; this is on my computer until 2020 and I never had a problem with this, or better I never had the problem with the loading of website data.

I need this citrix extention for work @ home.

Do you know a workaround, i.e. how to trash some preferences that maybe conflicts with the problem origin?

THX
