Can’t open certain websites

I have iPhone 6s with 15.8.3 IOS. Just recently(1-31-25), I haven’t been able to open kroger.com and cigna.com with my safari nor chrome browsers. They displayed blank pages. However on my IPad pro (IOS17.6.1) there’s no problem. So how would I get help opening the websites on my phone or am I SOL and have to buy phone that supports higher IOS?

That is probably the case. Certain websites require the latest browser apps for reasons that are not always justified, but nevertheless if they demand that a more recent browser that's what we have to do.

Try Brave, or Firefox, but off the top of my head I don't know if they will work with iOS 15.8.3 either. Search the App Store for them.
