iPhone 15 Not Appearing in iTunes when connected to my PC

I have updated my iPhone 15 to the latest's iOS, made sure that both my Windows PC (11 Home) and iTunes are fully up to date and tried various cables including USB C to USB C and USB A to USB C cables, restarted Windows and my iPhone and also even reset the Location and Trust settings on the iPhone.

The weird thing is that my iPhone shows up in the Apple Devices app on my PC and I can open File Explorer and see the iPhone including its Internal Storage.

All I am trying to do is copy some of my music from my PC via iTunes. My old iPhone I could just do this via the cable and File Explorer.

I have spent hours on this, it shouldn't be this hard!

If you have installed any of Apple Music, Apple Devices, or Apple TV, then iTunes is limited to working with audiobooks and podcasts. All device management features are disabled. If you want iTunes to function properly again remove any of those three apps that you have installed.

If there is still an issue with device detection see iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows - Apple Community.

Transferring music from the computer to the device should be done either through iTunes (when fully functioning) or the Apple Devices app, in order for that music to be added to the Music app on the device.

Thank you very much for pointing that out and it worked once I removed the Apple Devices App from my PC. So I can now see my iPhone in iTunes but when I right click on Music under my iPhone in the left menu bar I don't have the option to Synch (as I see in online videos showing how to do it), only Transfer Purchases, which doesn't copy any of the music that I have saved into the iTunes Library.
Does anyone have a suggestion to resolve this?

See Sync iTunes content on PC with your devices - Apple Support.

I also know from trying and research that Apple now only allow you to synch music from Apple Music that you have purchased online which is disappointing.

That is not the case. You can still sync with a library on your computer. Apple have however muddied the waters by calling their cloud syncing service Apple Music, and the process of syncing with it Sync Library, and the app on the device Music or Apple Music, and the new Windows app Apple Music. The service and the app are easily confused. Your unhidden purchases should automatically become available on the device if you are signed into your Apple ID, but you can still add content from your computer using iTunes.
