Camera control is not working properly on IPhone 16 pro on IOS 18.3

Camera control has an issue: it was set up to open camera on a press, but now it’s not working.

the button itself works, if I open camera and light press - it works as it should

if I press - it takes a photo

but if I press in any other app or on a locked screen - it does nothing.

i checked the settings and they’re ok.

i think that the hardware is good and the software is to blame.

did anyone encounter this bug?
