How can I enable text auto-correction on iPhone 15 Pro?

Good day, community. My iPhone has been updated from iOS 17 to iOS 18. After the update, I noticed a small but important change:

In iOS 17, when I held down the letter “и,” a pop-up window appeared where I could select the letter “ы.” This may seem minor, but it’s very important to me. I have two keyboards installed: English and Ukrainian. Sometimes, I need to type text using the letters “ы” and “э.” Now, I have to add a separate “Russian” keyboard layout to the system, which is inconvenient and unnecessary.

It was better before the update. I would like to promote this small fix and have it applied. I’m sure there are other people who also used the additional symbols of the Ukrainian keyboard layout.

Thank you. Have a great day!

Apple decided to change the Ukrainian keyboard like that in iOS 18. To ask them to go back to the other version that includes Russian characters, you can use
