Unable to install Apple intelligence for iPhone 12 mini

as far as I know then apple have never ever made a feature that was limited to some devices and then later included older incompatible devices afterwards

but suppose you can try to suggest they change that by using their feedback channel

This will never happen. Apple Intelligence requires an iPhone with a much newer chip AND 8GB of RAM, neither of which an iPhone 12 has. If you want Apple Intelligence, sell or trade your phone in and buy a new iPhone which does have the requisite chip and 8GB of RAM.

Apple Intelligence is not available on iPhone 12 mini.

Apple Intelligence requires a newer iPhone, or newer iPad, or an Apple silicon Mac.
