every single time i go on an app that requires a camera it says i cannot use the app or i need to allow camera and mic in setting i have checked privacy setting even screen time but nothing still shows SOME PLEASE HELP x

You have to grant apps access to your camera, photos or microphone. And the way to do that is open the Settings App. Find Privacy & Security, then tap Camera or Photos or Microphone and look for the switch to each app, which would request access to those functions.
Sadly I have the same problem and after checking after the last apple update, everything is is on as it should be, I just can’t still get my camera to work on vented or Nielson 🤷🏻♀️
