Missing Mic mode option using Logic Pro on my 2019 iMac

I am on a 2019 iMac, Sequoia 15.3 using Logic Pro 11.1.2 and I read that I can set the Mic Mode to standard to allow the microphone input to come through more clear. The only issue is that in the Control Center it does show the orange microphone with Logic Pro next to it, but once I click it there are no options to set the Mic Mode. it only shows Privacy, Logic Pro and the orange microphone. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'd like to set the Mic Mode to "standard".

No matter the app, if it is using the mic there are never options for mic mode in the control center (or anywhere else I look).

One other thing to try, leave Logic's Settings the same but change the computers Input/Output to internal audio.

Any change?
