Cannot edit "Favorite Artists" listed on Music Home screen

When I signed up for an Apple Music trial subscription in 2021 and then the subscription in mid-2024, there was a way to mark favorite artists. Anything selected through that method shows up at the bottom section of the Music (OSX or iOS) Home screen called "Favorite Artists". I am NOT talking about selecting the "Star" icon shown when you select an artist from the Artist list. This does not populate any list and has no effect on the list on the Home screen. Do not advise me to do this action - it does nothing.

I want to edit the "Favorite Artists" list shown on the home screen but it seems there is no way to do this anymore and I'm stuck with whatever I had at the time. I've deleted and recreated my profile, un-favorited every song and artist, quit and restarted - nothing works. My OS and apps are updated. HELP!
