I cannot find Siri on iPhone 16 Pro, need to enable it to use CarPlay. How you do this on iPhone 16 Pro?

Open the settings app. Look for Apple Intelligence & Siri. Tap there to turn Siri on.

Looking at the first page of settings, but do not see Intelligence & Siri. Is it in a subgroup?
