Apple Music not showing in Music App

I've subscribed Apple One which works well on my iPhone and Mac Mini. However the Apple Music is not showing in my MacBook (system info showing below).

I turned on the option 'Sync Library' and authorised this computer.

But it still won't show Apple Music except some playlists.

I tried as many ways as I can searched on the Internet except reinstalling the macOS, but nothing helps.

Is anyone suffered this issue? It would be great appreciate if you can give an advice.
