Water detect message and fluctuating charging on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I went to beach the water waves unexpectedly fell on my iphone 15 pro max after that i got water detect message but I charged my phone inspite of the warning now the issue i am facing is i have a glitch in my charging when i connect the charge i am getting the message that it is charging but after 5secs it is not charging even though there is good current and my charger is working it kepts on flacuating my phone is charging but it gets off and again it would charge and i get the message again that it is charging
