Spotify-uploaded podcast episode stuck as draft in Apple Podcasts

So I uploaded 5 episodes using spotify for podcasters, created an RSS-Feed and provided that to Apple Podcasts Connect. The first three episodes showed up without any issues within, let's say, 5 minutes! However, the 4th episode is stuck as a "draft" on Apple and the 5th and latest episode won't even show up on Apple Podcasts Connect.

All five episodes appear when you subscribe on a Mac (where the feed is read directly), and the feed appears to have no serious problems in a validator.

I wouln't have expected yesterday's episode to have turned up yet - it usually takes up to two days - but the fourth should have appeared. I can only suggest you contact Podcasts Support and ask them to refresh the feed. https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/contact-us
