IPTVX paywall pop up

I have subscribed and purchased the IPTVX app however the paywall still pops up after a few minutes. Has anyone else experienced this? And how did you get rid of it?

VPN App Hack? I was searching something on Google and a VPN App Installation popped up. When I hit Close and/or Cancel, the App appeared, urging me to "Get It". I didn't get it but it doesn't close out. It keeps reappearing. What is this?
