Repeated caller name announcement in iOS 18.3
In iOS 18.3 caller name announcement is once only whenever any incoming call . Pls tell how to make repeated name announcement unless call picked up.

So you do have announce calls enabled?
if not disable.
or check Notifications in preferences on Phone.
Maybe it is set to repeat or Banner is set to repeat until user takes action.
