What can I do if Apple TV+ keeps buffering?

no problems with any of my other streaming apps so it’s not a connectivity issue. Have reset the app multiple times with no improvement. I’m trying to watch Severance so this is kind of a big deal. Please help.

Apple TV+ is unusable due to buffering issues Attempting to watch anything on Apple TV + is an exercise in frustration. WHEN a show will load, the picture quality is noticeably poor. It is rare to go longer than 10 minutes without the feed stopping to buffer. But lots of times I try to start watching something and the buffering begins right away, lasting so long that I decide to do something else. This happens on both of my Apple TV 4Ks, and on my Mac mini with an M4 chip, and on my iPhone 12. Every other streaming app works perfectly- YouTube, Hulu, Max, Tubi, whatever. My devices and apps are fully up to date. I have 1 Gb internet service and no issues on that front.

if it's the appletv box then if it was me then I would pull the plug on it

and the wifi router and let them start up again and try again

if it's the appletv app on another device then same deal but pulling the plug on the tv rather than the appletv box
