I have update my iphone 14 plus to ios 18.3 since then my app store and apple music is not working. It is saying No internet Connection

I had the issue before Update and then Updated and still no change... the issue Persists...
Did it occur after updating to iso18?
I had a conversation with the Apple support team they are saying many users are facing this issue and they are working on it
try contacting Apple Support, I contacted Apple Support they said many JIO users are having this issue. My issue hasn't still been resolved but they said to:
Connect to another Jio Hotspot -> change DNS by clicking on (i) icon and then configure DNS and change it to 8.8.8.8 and then try opening App Store and Music app (my music app was also not working along with Speed test by Ookla, X.com [twitter], Reddit.com)
let me know if this helps or better contact Apple Support. My issue isn't solved yet coz I dont have another Jio Hotspot on the go so I will try again tomorrow but do share updates if any please.
I do not agree with even if it is so. Apple must have taken in to consideration any matter related to operator and if they did not then it is an issue for end user. That we do not anticipate from brand like apple.
is your SIM card from JIO ? coz this is JIO sim related issue, I talked with Apple Support on call and it is sim provider specific
Yes I’m jio user but its not even working when my device is connected to wifi
