I have a Roku box on my Samsung tv I was able to watch Apple TV on my samsung via Roku Now I can no longer watch Apple TV or Apple + I can watch on my iphone same as before

If it's a newer Samsung TV, you should also be able to download the Apple TV+ app directly to your television. I have a six year old Samsung and it works fine.
