Disappearing periods in Pages
When typing a sentence in Pages, the period disappears when I forward a space.

I have never heard of this issue in Pages, either in iOS or macOS. Quit Pages, restart your iPhone, and then see if this issue is reproducible in the same Pages document. Are you using iOS 18.2.1 and Pages v14.3?
The iOS 18.3 update is now out and maybe that will resolve this.
