Apple Music account information dialog box issue on PC

This is almost funny. Using the Apple Music app, go to "Account Information" (bottom left, next to your name). You will get dialog box with Account Information details. There is no way to dismiss the window. No "X", no close, no "OK". You have to force quite the app to get it to work. And then you have to reboot to use the app again. Crazy. No one at Apple looked at this screen, at least in this version of the app. Details below.
