iPhone 7 Passcode Forgotten with Known iCloud Account

If you have entered an incorrect passcode so many times that the phone has become unavailable, I don't believe there is any way back in except by resetting and erasing the phone.

This will wipe all data on it. Hopefully you were making iCloud backups, and/or synchronizing data to iCloud (e.g., using iCloud Photos), so that you will have something to restore to the phone afterwards.

Hopefully, you have a current backup that you can use to restore data back to the phone after it is erased and set up again.
