Siri interrupts during slow speech on iPhone

I talk slower than others. An example: I say hey siri text blah hey how you doing? But during the middle of it Siri says “send text?” She thinks I’m done and I’m still speaking. How do I fix this. I have to speak really really fast and it is so hard for me to do.
