iPhone 15 webpage reloading and scrolling issue

I will be looking at a webpage that finally loaded and get down half way when the page will randomly reload and it starts me back at the top. It will reload if i am trying to fill out forms through email when i am partially done and have to try and redo all the info. This issue is making me less of an apple fan.

Problems with web pages doing that are not the fault of your iPhone but typically poor web development practices or aggressive marketing on the given page. I would suggest trying Reader Mode: Hide distractions when reading articles in Safari on iPhone - Apple Support

If that does not solve the issue with certain websites, then sometimes you may need to try the specific website in a different browser that may block whatever unecessary content that is causing the odd scrolling. One alternative with reasonable blocking is DuckDuckGo (https://duckduckgo.com/duckduckgo-help-pages/mobile/ios/).
