Mac Mini M4 pro usb dongle issues

I have a new mac mini m4 pro with 48gb of Ram. I am using a Logitech wireless pro mouse and a K650 keyboard using the usb dongles. Several times a day i lose keyboard functionality and or mouse control. If I tap on the keys repeatedly it will eventually come back. Even though they are bluetooth enabled, I cannot use them as they will not register in Parallels app that I need to run.

I agree with tbirdvet, that it sounds like interference from a high speed USB cable, external drive or display.

Where are the Logitech dongle(s) currently plugged into the M4 Pro Mac mini..?

I would try the Logitech receiver dongle(s) in the front and my other USB devices in the rear.

If that is not an option, try putting the Logitech dongle(s) on short USB extension cable(s) away from the Mac mini.
