App Store Connect App Creation Error on Team Account

Hello everyone, I’m encountering an issue while trying to create an app within App Store Connect. Here are the details:


  1. We recently switched from a personal account to a team account.
  2. When attempting to create a new app in App Store Connect, I receive the following error:



There are one or more validation errors below.


  1. This error persists regardless of the app name used. I’ve tried multiple different names, but the result is the same.
  2. I’ve verified that all agreements are signed and up to date. I’ve double and triple-checked this, so the issue doesn’t seem to be related to agreements.


Additional information:

  • The error appears immediately when trying to create a new app.
  • I’ve contacted our team about this issue and am waiting for their response.


Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? I’ll update this thread if our team manages to find a solution.

Solution: The problem stemmed from our recent migration from a personal account to a business account. The migration process was not fully completed initially. After waiting for over 48 hours and reaching out to support, we received an email prompting us to accept the agreements as a company. We completed this through App Store Connect, and now we can create apps without any issues.
