Unless you purchased AppleCare+ with your iPhone Pro Max accidental damage is not covered by the warranty and you cannot get a replacement free of charge. You will have to pay for repairs or buy a new phone. Sorry
I can take it off you damaged and you can put that money towards another phone. Let me know.
