Dear apple, I accidentally broke 💔 my iphone 16 pro max display front and back, actually it was dream come true for me that I get this phone by someone, I really need help for replacement

Unless you purchased AppleCare+ with your iPhone Pro Max accidental damage is not covered by the warranty and you cannot get a replacement free of charge. You will have to pay for repairs or buy a new phone. Sorry

Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.

Please note that accidental damage is not covered by the standard Apple warranty.
I can take it off you damaged and you can put that money towards another phone. Let me know.
