Unwanted calls during Do Not Disturb on iPhone

I’ve set up do not disturb from 10 pm until 8am except for 3 family members, however, I keep getting unknown calls at 6 and 6:30 in the morning. I send them to voicemail but, of course, they never leave one. My alarm is set for 7 am. It’s very annoying. I block the number every time. No joy. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 😊
